Digital Honey Refractometer NDHR-100 is a light-weight, hand-held instrument that can be measured the percent concentration of honey for a solution and provides the user with information regarding the number of solids (sucrose) dissolved, also used in foodstuff and agricultural scientific research. A small amount of sample is required for the determination of the Brix value of liquids. Easy calibration can be carried out using distilled water.
