Melt Flow Indexer NMFI-102
Melt Flow Indexer NMFI-102 is used to determine the melt mass flow rate/ease of flow of plastics in a viscous state. Adhering to ASTM D1238 and ISO 1133, it features a dual temperature control system for more accuracy and heating efficiency. It helps measure various plastics and resins including polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS resin, polyoxymethylene, polycarbonate resins, etc. It is one of the most popular devices in the plastic industry and is often used to test batch-to-batch consistency.
