Real Time PCR NRTP-401 supports an excitation wavelength range of 455 to 650 nm and an emission range of 510 to 750 nm. It provides multi-melting curve analysis to enhance the identification of target sequences. This unit offers fast and precise thermal cycling for efficient amplification.
