Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis System NDES-100 features a gel capacity of 1 to 2 pieces with a 1.0 mm thickness. Our unit includes an integrated casting section to eliminate glass plate transfer between steps. This system uses a gradient gel generator with adjustable flow for accurate gel formation and layering. It features buffer circulation and safety monitoring for stable temperature and system protection. Our setup ensures controlled gel runs with stable performance in repeat-use conditions.
