Vertical Electrophoresis System NVES-203 is designed with the overall dimension of 460x165x359 mm which has a sample holding capacity of up to 68 samples and occupied with around 1000 ml of buffer solution. It can separate DNA and RNA fragments with one nucleotide difference well. It is suitable for SSCP, microsatellite analysis, oligonucleotide separation and so on. The unique thermal designed of the device maintains a balanced temperature and eliminate the phenomenon of "Smile". The outfall located in the sealing of the upper buffer chamber can be easily discharged buffer.
