Horizontal Type discharges HEPA-filtered air across the work surface and toward the user. The
design of the Clean Bench is focused on product protection only. They can be used for cleaning
activities such as the dust-free assembly of sterile equipment or electronic devices. One of the
important and essential note that should be known by the user is that it is not a substitute of
biological cabinets and hence should not be used while handling cell culture materials, drug
formulations or manipulating potentially infectious materials in research, biomedical or veterinary
laboratories and/or applications.
