Magnetosilica-Basic

Magnetosilica-DNA

These beads have been developed for automatic DNA/RNA separation like genomic DNA, plasmid DNA, total RNA, viral DNA or PCR-products. DNA/RNA bind to the silica surface under high salts conditions (5M guanidinium thiocyanate). The ferromagnetic beads have excellent magnetic properties and are compatible with most automatic DNA separation systems.

Magnetosilica-Ion

Terminal ion-exchange groups are reversibly to charged groups of biomolecules and can be eluted with salt- or pH-gradient. Ion-exchange separation can be used for many applications such as the isolation of proteins, antibodies, DNA/RNA and other biomolecules.
Anion-exchange magnetic particles bind selectively to the negatively charged membrane groups of cells, bacteria or viruses which can be separated by magnetic forces.

Magnetosilica-Active

Terminal reactive groups allow the convenient and efficient covalent binding of bioaffine ligands. This is a unique feature accounting for the rapidly increasing number and variation of novel and different receptor-affine biological substances.

Magnetosilica-Affinity

Bioaffine ligands are covalently bound to magnetic particles. High selectivity and high capacity make these products an ideal tool for the isolation of specific biomolecules.

MagnetoHydroxylapatite

Magnetic Hydroxylapatite particles are non-spherical with hydroxylapatite coated ferromagnetic particles with a diameter of 2 µm, consisting of calcium phosphate. mHPA-particles are a useful tool for magnetic isolation of proteins, enzymes, antibodies or nucleic acids. RNA and proteins can be removed with 0.24 M phosphate buffer. DNA will be selectively eluted with 0.48 M phosphate buffer.

Magnetobeads

Magnetic particles with a diameter of 1µm, covered with a hydrophilic matrix of crosslinked starch with terminal cation-exchange phosphate groups. Fields of application are the purification of DNA-binding proteins or other basic proteins, such as lysozymes.
